This chair echoes the lines of the more traditional Donzella.‎ More agile and lighter, Donzelletta 

interprets the V motif of the original backrest by giving it a sleeker, more contemporary look.‎ The 

structure is in solid bleached or black ash and the seat comes in woven straw or is covered in fabric 

or leather.‎

Frame in solid aniline-dyed ash wood, bleached or black coloured, finished with open-pore transparent 

acrylic paint.‎ Seat in Class E1 birch plywood, covered with hand-woven natural paper cord or padded 

in foamed polyurethane.‎ External non-removable cover in fabric or leather.‎

It originates from the classic and sinuous Donzella chair.‎‎ With sleeker and more regular profiles enhancing 

the V shape of the back, it is the note that links past and present in the contemporary environments.‎‎Frame 

in solid aniline-dyed ash wood, black coloured, finished with open-pore transparent acrylic paint.‎‎ Seat in Class 

E1 birch plywood, covered with hand-woven natural paper cord.‎

Donzelletta is a chair with armrest designed by Michele De Lucchi for DePadova. Made of a solid structure 

here in ash black stained finish and woven seat.Taking inspiration from the ancient chairs built by the peasants 

during the winter, Donzelletta is a classic but revisited chair that welcomes and protects them. You can enjoy of 

the pattern with handwoven rope sitting. Its simplicity and sinuous shape will adapt naturally to the environment 

of your home.

This chair takes advantage of the very beautiful interlock that was invented by an anonymous creator many 

years ago, to resolve the point of connection between the seat and the legs.
