Designed in 1968 by Italian architect Cini Boeri, the Strips sofa encapsulates the character of the seventies, with all the benefits of a modular sofa.

Description

Strips is an award-winning modular sofa design, notable for its removable quilted cover, deep seats and generous padding. The collection includes sofas, chaise longues, armchairs and ottomans, which together can build a wide range of corner and L-shaped sofa configurations. It is available in a wide range of Arflex fabrics, making it a popular choice for residential interiors and public spaces.

Materials

Structure: Metal and poplar plywood. Backrest springing: Elastic straps. Seat, back and armrest upholstery: shaped polyurethane with differentiated density/ polyester slip cover. Feet: Anodized aluminium tubular and black protective nylon glides. Cover: Fabric. Fully removable cover. Fabric is combined with polyester and cotton fibre, in order to obtain a quilted cover.
