The first public edition of the salon designed in 1971 for the private apartments of Claude and Georges Pompidou at the Elysee Palace, 

Pumpkin is characteristic of Pierre Paulin's revolutionary style that he initiated at the end of the 50s. Formally, Pumpkin evokes a giant 

pumpkin that offers a protective and voluptuous shell to its user.  Structure Base and belt in 30 kg/m3 - 3.0 kPa polyether foam resting 

on a thermoformed ABS base. Comfort enveloping seat and backrest in the shape of a bucket made of moulded polyurethane foam

Mateials:

The structure is made of polyester foam glued into ABS thermoformed. The seat and the backrest, cozy and comfortable, are made of molded 

polyurethane foam, on which is laid a comfort layer in the same material. The design is loosely based on the forms of a large pumpkin is enhanced 

by a wide range of fabrics and colors selected to bring out the best style Pumpkin. The collection includes armchairs in the version with high backrest, 

with armrests swivel model, the two or three-seater sofas and ottomans. Thanks to its strong personality Pumpkin can connote any corner of the house

 with vivacity and style.
