A collection that comprises an upholstered cocktail chair, a formal and standard size armchair, a formal and standard size sofa and a bed. The cocktail and armchairs are available with either a fixed or swivel base. The formal sofa and armchair have a slightly higher seat and back, with a narrower seat than the standard size.

A collection of designs that use primary shapes in a concise way to form the base, back and seat of each piece. Designed to be both comfortable and tactile, and to work in an array of different settings, Group is a versatile design that was awarded the Design Guild Mark in 2018. Made in Norfolk, England.

Description

The Group cocktail chair was the first design of this collection. It features concentric circles that group together, giving the design its name. The collection was further developed by Malouin and comprises an upholstered cocktail chair, formal and standard size armchair, formal and standard size sofa, chaise and bed. The cocktail and armchairs are available with either a fixed, 360 swivel or return swivel base. The formal sofa and armchair have a slightly higher seat and back, with a narrower seat than the standard size.

Materials

Made at specialist upholstery factory in Norfolk, England, using natural and sustainable materials. SCP are confident in the longevity of their upholstery, and offer a lifetime guarantee on all frames and a full re-upholstery service.

The frame is made from solid beech and birch plywood.

The seat and lumbar cushions are made from feather and foam.
