Description

Charlotte designed by Antonio Citterio for B&B Italia is a tribute to lightness. The shell is completely covered, but the aluminium frame profile is visible on the chair side, thus highlighting the line of the seat. The cover is in raw cut thick leather in six different colours (natural, black, dark brown, bordeaux, bottle green, mud green) with an “elephant” printed surface. The aluminium frame presents a series of different finishes that emphasize it when bright brushed, pewter painted and nickel bronzed, or make it monochromatic when it comes in bottle green and bordeaux colours.

Charlotte is a collection of light and elegant chairs, with shell upholstered in leather and visible frame profile on the chair side to highlight the line of the seat. Upholstery in leather is available in six different colours: natural, black, dark brown, mud green, bottle green and bordeaux. Frame is also available in different finishes: bronzed nickel painted, black painted, bordeaux painted, bottle green painted, pewter painted and painted black chrome.

Created in 2015 by Italian architect & designer Antonio Citterio for B&B Italia, Charlotte is a special tribute to lightness in design. The seat and backrest is completely covered in full grain embossed thick leather in an assortment of colours and the frame is shown off on the sides and legs. The frame is available in an array of matching or contrasting finishes such as colour painted, nickel painted, pewter painted or painted in black chrome.
